When you plug in the modem, it'll show up on your desktop as a Vodafone QuickStart disk image (icon).

Drag the Vodafone QuickStart icon into the Applications folder on your computer.

Step 2

In your Applications folder, double-click the Vodafone QuickStart app, to start.

Step 3

The app will start and automatically connect you to the internet.

If Vodafone QuickStart doesn't open automatically

If you can't open the Vodafone QuickStart application, check whether:

  • Your computer already has a connection via an ethernet LAN cable (usually a thick blue or yellow cable, similar to a thick telephone cable)
  • Your computer already has a connection via a Wi-Fi network (test this by opening you internet browser and trying to visit a web page)
  • You're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network - usually not present unless you have intentionally set one up)

Disconnecting any/all of these should let your Vodafone modem start working.
