Double-click ‘Run setup_Quickstart.exe’.

Vodafone QuickStart will be installed to your computer, after a few seconds.

Step 4

Your default internet browser will open, and you’ll automatically be connected to the internet.

Next time you plug in your modem, your browser will open and you'll be automatically connected.

Mac setup guide

Step 1

When you plug in the modem, it'll show up on your desktop as a Vodafone QuickStart disk image (icon).

Drag the Vodafone QuickStart icon into the Applications folder on your computer.

Step 2

In your Applications folder, double-click the Vodafone QuickStart app, to start.

Step 3

The app will start and automatically connect you to the internet.

Next time you plug it in, your browser will open and you'll be automatically connected.

If Vodafone QuickStart doesn't open automatically

If you can't open the Vodafone QuickStart application, check whether:

  • Your computer already has a connection via an ethernet LAN cable (usually a thick blue or yellow cable, similar to a thick telephone cable)
  • Your computer already has a connection via a Wi-Fi network (test this by opening you internet browser and trying to visit a web page)
  • You're using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). If you're not sure, don't worry, it's unlikely one is set up unless you have done so intentionally

Disconnecting these if any are present should let your Vodafone modem start working. If you're still having difficulty connecting, get in touch and we'll give you a hand with it.
