How much have I used and what do I need to pay?

You can find out how much of your plan or recharge you’ve used and how long you’ve got left to use it by logging into My Vodafone using your phone, computer or tablet. If you’re on a monthly billed plan, you can also check the due date of your bill and how much you owe.

You’ll also find all this info in the My Vodafone app or by free calling or sending a blank TXT to 1512.

Logging in

Register for, or log in to your My Vodafone account.

My Usage page

After logging in you’ll land on the My Usage homepage which will show how much credit you’ve got left, the days remaining to use it and when it expires. If you’re on a monthly billed plan you’ll also see an ‘Extra charges’ box for anything you’ve used this month that’s not included.

Bills & Payments page

If you’re on a monthly billed plan and want to know how much you owe on your account and when it’s due, select the ‘Bills & Payments’ link from the menu in the top right section of the page.

Important info

Most usage is updated within 18 hours, but if you’re roaming overseas it may take up to 72 hours.
