Help the environment by choosing email bills

We're dedicated to improving the environment, for that reason we give you the option of logging in to My Vodafone to view your bill, requesting email billing and even requesting a notification TXT to be sent to you when your bill is ready.

What does it cost?

There is no charge to change your options to view your bills in My Vodafone, or receive your bills by email.

 

How it works

 

If you'd simply like to log in and view your bill each month, then you might like to accompany this with a TXT notification, to ensure that you're reminded when it is ready for you to view.

You can request that your bill be emailed to you.
 
Regardless of what you choose, you can request these options online. Follow the step-by-step guide below, to either set-up or change your billing options.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1

Register for, or log in to your My Vodafone account.

Step 2

Go to the 'Bill and payment' section.

Step 3

Select 'Billing options'.

Step 4

Enter your four-digit account PIN.

Step 5

Follow the onscreen instructions, to select your billing preferences.

Step 6

Click 'Save changes'.

Important information

  • If you print your bill from My Vodafone, it can be used as a tax invoice
