Keep your contact details up-to-date

If you’re billed monthly you can use My Vodafone to update your home, postal and email addresses. You can also update your home, work and fax numbers.

If you’re on prepaid, you'll need to contact us to update your details.

How to do it

Step 1

Register for, or log in to your My Vodafone account.

Step 2

  • If you're logged in using a tablet or computer, select ‘Account settings’ from the top right corner of the My Usage page
  • If you're using your phone, tap the menu button in the top right corner and then select 'Account settings'

Step 3

Select ‘Manage contact details’.

Step 4

If you’ve got more than one service on your account, you’ll need to enter your 4 digit account enquiry PIN and select ‘Next’.

Step 5

Update your info.

Step 6

Select 'Save settings'.

Home or postal address not saving?

My Vodafone can’t validate Rural and PO Box addresses. You won’t be able to save an overseas address for the home address and military addresses may also not work. Contact us if you need help.
