Keep your contact details up-to-date

If you’re billed monthly you can use My Vodafone to update your home, postal and email addresses as well as your home, work and fax numbers. If you’re on prepaid, you'll need to contact us to do this.

Email bill

The steps below aren’t for updating your email bill address. To do this, check our email bill article for more info.

How to do it

Step 1

Register for, or log in to your My Vodafone account.

Step 2

Select ‘More’ from the top right corner of the My Usage page and then select ‘Contact Details’.

Step 3

If you’ve got more than one service on your account, you’ll need to enter your 4 digit account enquiry PIN and select ‘Next’.

Step 4

Update the info.

Step 5

Select 'Save settings'.

Home or postal address not saving?

My Vodafone can’t validate Rural and PO Box addresses. You won’t be able to save an overseas address for the home address and military addresses may also not work. Contact us if you need help.
