If you enter your PIN incorrectly 3 times, you'll be asked for your PUK.
Call 1300 650 410 to get your PUK, or find it in My Vodafone:
Register for, or log in to, My Vodafone.
Click More from the top dashboard and then More Services from the drop-down menu.
From the 'Manage your settings' section, select 'View more'.
Select 'Get your PUK code'.
Your PUK code is the eight-digit number listed under 'mobile information'.
Once you've entered the PIN incorrectly 3 times, you'll be asked for your PUK code.
When prompted, enter your PUK code, and you'll be asked to select a new PIN code.
Enter your new PIN. It needs to be between four and eight digits long.
