Pay your bill online quickly and easily

You can pay your bill securely with a credit/debit card by logging into My Vodafone from your phone, tablet or computer.

You can also pay through our online credit card payment site by entering your mobile or customer account number as the payment reference.

Paying through My Vodafone

Step 1

Note: The My Vodafone website and app will auto log you in when you're connected to the internet through Vodafone. If you're trying to log into a different account, try this link instead or use the online credit card payment site.

Step 2

Select ‘Bills & payments’.

  • If you’re using the My Vodafone app, ‘Bills and Payments’ is on the dashboard
  • If you’re using your phone’s web browser, you’ll find it by tapping the menu button in the top right corner of the screen
  • If you’re logged in using your tablet or computer, it's in the menu at the top of the page

Step 3

If requested, enter your 4 digit account enquiry PIN and click 'Next'.

Step 4

Click the 'Make a Payment' button at the bottom of the screen.

Note: You'll only see this button if there's a due amount to pay.

Step 5

The 'Payment Amount' will default to whatever is owing on your account. If you need to change it, click the total and enter the new amount. 

Step 6

Enter your credit card details, click 'Next' and then follow the rest of the prompts to complete payment.
