Get email settings
Check your email provider’s website or contact them directly to get the settings you'll need to send and receive email.
Open your email app
Find the email app in your phone, open it and choose the option to add a new email account.

Enter email settings
Enter the settings from your email provider.
If you're receiving email but are not able to send, check with the email provider to troubleshoot the issue. If it can't be resolved (some providers won't allow access to their outgoing mail server from outside their own network), you can use our outgoing mail server:

|Require authentication:||No / switch off|
|Username:||Must be blank|
|Password:||Must be blank|
Note: You won't be able to send emails with our outgoing mail server if your phone is connected through Wi-Fi to another internet provider
If your phone doesn’t ask for all of the settings, don’t worry, not all of them are needed for some phones. Here’s how it looks on Android and iPhone for example:
Once the settings are entered, press 'save', 'next' or 'done' to start using email.
