How to stop Vodafone marketing material

As a valued Vodafone customer, we want to ensure that you’re kept informed about offers or promotions you are eligible for.

If you would prefer not to receive marketing material from us though, you can request to be removed from our contact list.

How much does it cost

There is no charge to receive marketing material from Vodafone, and it is free to unsubscribe.

How it works

  1. Vodafone will periodically contact you with specifically tailored promotions or offers you are eligible for, and information about products we believe will be of interest to you
  2. These communications can take the form of either a TXT/PXT, phone call, email or letter
  3. If you would prefer not to receive marketing material from us, you are welcome to request to be removed from our marketing contact lists at anytime
  4. You can even specify which lists you would like to be removed from (SMS, Phone, Email or mail lists, or a combination of these)

Step by step guide

Step 1

If you have received a marketing email from Vodafone, you can unsubscribe from Vodafone’s email marketing specifically, simply by clicking on the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

Step 2

If you would like to request marketing material in other forms to stop, please contact our customer care team by phone on 1300 650 410 or by email.

Step 3

You can request to be removed from all marketing lists, or specify the type of marketing material you wish to stop, by asking to be removed from the marketing lists for TXT, Phone, Email, Mail, or any combination of these.

Step 4

Please allow up to 30 days for the submission of your request for marketing activity from Vodafone to cease.

Important Information

  • You will still receive non-marketing material from us, such as invoices or notice of change to terms and conditions
