How to view your usage details

You can view your current (unbilled) and previous (billed) call details in My Vodafone.

How it works

The usage details on My Vodafone will provide you with the date, time, call type, number called, duration of call, call code, call charged (original charge) and charged amount. If you are a postpaid customer, you can select to view billed or unbilled calls.

The usage details page also gives you the ability to export your call details to CSV file or print your call details.

Step-by-step guide

Step 1

Register for, or log in to your My Vodafone account.

Step 2

Look at the 'Manage your account' section.

Step 3

Select 'Usage details'.

Step 4

Use the 'Period' dropdown box to choose 'Unbilled calls' or billed calls.

Step 5

Click 'Show'.

Important information

  • While we endeavor to have call details available within 4 hours, due to system delays this may be up to several days. Records of internet usage are normally after 24 hours, however due to system delays this may be up to several days.
  • Only customers who are either with Vodafone prepaid or billed by Vodafone Pty Ltd are able to access their billing details via the Internet. If you are a customer of a Vodafone Service Provider you can get billing information by contacting them directly.
