International roaming – while you’re overseas

Tags: International roaming

What to do once you’ve touched down

With roaming enabled, your phone should pick up service with the local network, and you should be ready to go. Here's what to expect and what you should know while you're overseas.

If you haven't got roaming set up yet, check out our guide on setting it up first. If you're prepaid, you should be ready to go unless you’ve deactivated roaming. We'll send you a Welcome TXT once you're connected overseas, so that's a good indication you're up and running.

Using your phone

It's a little different to what you're used to in Australia:
If you're not getting service, check out our international roaming troubleshooting guide.
