Check the phone's user manual to find out if your phone supports video calling.
Step 2
If it does, ensure that the person you are trying to call has an active, video call capable, phone service.

If step 2 is successful, ensure they are in a 3G coverage area with a strong 3G signal.

If step 3 is successful, ensure that you, and the person you are trying to call, do not have any active barring or diversions on your/their service by calling 1555 from your Vodafone phone.

If you have active barrs, remove all call diversions and barring before trying to make a video call.
Step 6
If step 5 is unsuccessful, to eliminate your recipient's phone/service as the problem, check that they can make a video call to a 3rd user.
Step 7
If step 6 is successful, there may be a problem with your phone. You may need book in for repair.

If step 6 is unsuccessful, confirm that the problem does not lie with your phone by attempting a video call to a 3rd user. If the call is unsuccessful there may be a problem with your phone. You may need to book in for repair.
