My Vodafone is a web self service option that allows you to access information and make changes on your account.
Whether you are a prepaid customer or a postpaid customer, you have all of your day-to-day needs at your fingertips.

 

How much does using My Vodafone cost?

It's free for all customers! Simply visit www.myvodafone.com.au

Postpaid customers can access the following features:

Account summary - view a snapshot of your current bill position

Change your plan - view your current plan details, see what is available and request a change

Usage details - view a breakdown of all of the numbers that you have called

Update your details - maintain your own personal details including postal, email and phone details

View your bill - view your last bill as a PDF or CSV file

Manage a direct debit - set up and maintain your direct debit details

Bill history - view full copies of your recent bills including call details

Past payments - view a list of payments you made, by date

Billing options - make changes to email billing, text notifications and bill inclusions

Pay bill - you can pay your bill using a credit card

Set up roaming - learn about and activate a number of roaming options

Divert calls - set up and manage voice and video call diversions

Premium SMS - restrict or allow your service to send TXT to Premium TXT services, to enter competitions etc

Set up your mobile or PDA - follow guided instructions to set up MMS, WAP, internet and email etc

Get your PUK code - Receive you the PUK code of your device

View settings history - See what settings were changed and when

Change phone settings - activate and deactivate settings such as call conference and caller ID

Balance alerts - request to have a balance alert TXT sent to you, when you spend a certain amount

Proof of purchase request - request a proof of purchase for your device to be emailed to you

SIM swap request - request your service to be transferred onto a different SIM

Change account PIN request - change your 4 digit account PIN online

 

Prepaid customers can access the following features:

Credit card details - register a credit card in order to set up an auto-recharge

Link a device - link a device to your prepaid credit

Recharge - recharge your account

Auto recharge - set up an auto recharge rule, so that you don't have to remember to recharge

Recharge history - view a summary of when you have recharged, how much and how it was purchased

Adjustment history - view a summary of bonuses and credits that have been applied

Set up roaming - learn about and activate a number of roaming options
