My Vodafone is our online account management tool. It gives you access to view your account details and make changes from your computer or smartphone. It's available for prepaid and monthly billed (postpaid) customers. Fast and easy.

Getting into My Vodafone

Phones, tablets and computers. Access anywhere.

On your computer - Using your web browser, go to myvodafone.com.au to register or login.
My Vodafone App - If you’re using Apple iOS, Android, or Windows Phone you can download the My Vodafone app to manage your account right from your phone or tablet. To download, see introducing the My Vodafone app.
My Vodafone mobile site - The My Vodafone mobile site lets you view your spend, recharge, pay your bill and manage your settings directly from your phone. You can access it by heading to 'myvodafone.com.au’ in your phone or tablet's browser.

There's not much you can't do

On your PC

If you're billed monthly

  • Account summary - check your current usage and remaining value
  • Change your plan - view your current plan’s entitlements, check what plans are available and request a change
  • Usage details - view a breakdown of your usage records, including numbers called and data used
  • Manage add-ons - Add or remove Data Add-ons and Boosters, Talk and TXT boosters and Talk International Add-ons
  • Update your details - maintain your own personal details including postal, email and phone details
  • View your bill - view your last bill as a PDF or CSV file
  • Manage a direct debit - set up and maintain your direct debit details
  • Bill history - view full copies of your recent bills including call details
  • Past payments - view a list of payments you made, by date
  • Billing options - make changes to email billing, text notifications and bill inclusions
  • Pay bill - you can pay your bill using a credit card
  • Set up roaming - find out more about roaming and change your settings 
  • Divert calls - set up and manage call diversions
  • Premium SMS - restrict or allow the sending of TXT to Premium SMS services, to enter competitions etc
  • Set up your mobile or PDA - follow guided instructions to set up MMS, WAP, internet and email etc
  • Get your PUK code - Receive you the PUK code of your device
  • Caller ID - hide or show your number to the recipient when you’re making a call
  • CALLconference - configure your service for conference calling with up to 8 people
  • Balance alerts - request to have a balance alert TXT sent to you, when you spend a certain amount
  • Proof of purchase request - request a proof of purchase for your device to be emailed to you
  • SIM swap - if you’ve got a replacement SIM card for your mobile number you can activate it online
  • Change account PIN request - change your 4 digit account PIN online

Prepaid

  • Account summary - check your remaining credit and expiry date
  • Usage details - view a breakdown of your calls, messages and data usage
  • Credit card details - register a credit card to your prepaid to recharge
  • Link a device –link your registered credit card to additional prepaid accounts to recharge them with the same card
  • Recharge - recharge your account with your credit card
  • Auto recharge - set up an auto recharge rule, so that you don't have to remember to recharge
  • Recharge history - view a summary of your recharges, including when, how much and how they were purchased
  • Adjustment history - view a summary of bonuses and credits that have been applied
  • Set up roaming - find out more about roaming and change your settings
  • Divert calls - Set up and manage call diversions
  • Premium SMS - restrict or allow the sending of TXT to Premium SMS services, to enter competitions etc
  • Set up your mobile or PDA - download settings or instructions to set up MMS, WAP, internet and email etc
  • Get your PUK code - retrieve the PUK code for your SIM
