My Vodafone is an internet based self service system that allows you to access information and make changes to your account through your computer or smartphone’s web browser. Postpaid customers can also login by using the My Vodafone App for Apple iOS and Android. Whether you’re a prepaid or a postpaid customer, all the tools you need to manage your account are at your fingertips.

How to access My Vodafone

There are three main ways you can access My Vodafone.


Through your computer

Using your web browser, go to www.myvodafone.com.au to register or login. This is the full version of the site and allows access to all My Vodafone features.


Through the My Vodafone App

If you’re using an Apple iOS or Android phone or tablet, get the My Vodafone app for your device. Read our article ‘Introducing the My Vodafone app’ for more information.


Through the My Vodafone mobile site

Go to the web address m.myvodafone.com.au to access the My Vodafone mobile site through your phone’s web browser.

Postpaid customers can access the following features:

Prepaid customers can access the following features:

  • Account summary - view a snapshot of your current credit position
  • Usage details - view a breakdown of your calls, messages and data usage
  • Credit card details - register a credit card to your prepaid account for recharging
  • Link a device – you can link your registered credit card to other prepaid accounts so they can use the same card to recharge
  • Recharge - recharge your account with your registered credit card
  • Auto recharge - set up an auto recharge rule, so that you don't have to remember to recharge
  • Recharge history - view a summary of when you have recharged, how much and how it was purchased
  • Adjustment history - view a summary of bonuses and credits that have been applied
  • Set up roaming - learn about and activate a number of roaming options
  • Divert calls - set up and manage voice and video call diversions
  • Premium SMS - restrict or allow your service to send TXT to Premium TXT services, to enter competitions etc
  • Set up your mobile or PDA - follow guided instructions to set up MMS, WAP, internet and email etc
  • Get your PUK code - receive the PUK code of your device
  • View settings history - see what settings were changed and when
  • Change phone settings - activate and deactivate settings such as call conference and caller ID
  • Proof of purchase request - request a proof of purchase for your device to be emailed to you
  • SIM swap – if you’ve got a replacement SIM card for your mobile number you can activate it online
  • Change account PIN request - change your 4 digit account PIN online
