My Vodafone is our online account management tool. You can use it to make changes to your account and view account info using your phone, computer or tablet. It's available on both our monthly billed plans and prepaid.

How do I access My Vodafone?

Using the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer
 

Web
Go to www.myvodafone.com.au in your device's web browser.

My Vodafone will automatically log you into your account when you’re connected to the internet through Vodafone. Otherwise you’ll need to log in or register to use it.

App
If you’re using an iPhone, iPad or Android, you can download the My Vodafone app for it.

On iOS and Android, the app will automatically log you into your account when you’re connected to the internet through Vodafone.
