My Vodafone is our online account management tool. It gives you access to view your account details and make changes from your computer or smartphone. It's available for prepaid and monthly billed (postpaid) customers. Fast and easy.

Getting into My Vodafone

Phones, tablets and computers. Access anywhere.

On your computer, tablet or phone's browser - Using your web browser, go to myvodafone.com.au to register or login. My Vodafone will automatically log you in with the mobile number if you're using your phone, so there's no need to enter your number and password.
My Vodafone App - If you’re using Apple iOS, Android, or Windows Phone you can download the My Vodafone app to manage your account right from your phone or tablet. To download, see introducing the My Vodafone app.

If you're billed monthly


  • Account summary - check your remaining credit and expiry date
  • Usage details - view a breakdown of your calls, messages and data usage
  • Credit card details - register a credit card to your prepaid to recharge
  • Link a device –link your registered credit card to additional prepaid accounts to recharge them with the same card
  • Recharge - recharge your account with your credit card
  • Auto recharge - set up an auto recharge rule, so that you don't have to remember to recharge
  • Recharge history - view a summary of your recharges, including when, how much and how they were purchased
  • Adjustment history - view a summary of bonuses and credits that have been applied
  • Set up roaming - find out more about roaming and change your settings
  • Divert calls - Set up and manage call diversions
  • Premium SMS - restrict or allow the sending of TXT to Premium SMS services, to enter competitions etc
  • Set up your mobile or PDA - download settings or instructions to set up MMS, WAP, internet and email etc
  • Get your PUK code - retrieve the PUK code for your SIM
  • Caller ID - hide or show your number to the recipient when you’re making a call
  • CALLconference - configure your service for conference calling with up to 8 people
  • Proof of purchase request - request a proof of purchase for your device to be emailed to you
  • SIM swap – if you’ve got a replacement SIM card for your service, you can activate it online
  • Change account PIN request - change your 4 digit account PIN online
